- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed or very finely minced)
- 3 scallions (chopped finely, or green onions)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)

- 3 Tbsp. cold water (only if necessary to achieve the right consistency)
