I followed this to the T but it was crumbling inside but maybe because I used a Pyrex glass dish so I added 10 more minutes and left it in the oven after turning it off to soak up the moisture. It was really delicious and will make it again! 😍

A yummy healthier version of cornbread. I love that this recipe if gluten free, dairy free, and free of refined sugar as well. My husband and I both enjoyed it, and I’m sure I’ll be making it again.
