My own version of the Miracle Cookies from Averie Cooks!
Ingredients

- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup agave nectar (or honey)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups oats (quick cook, pulsed in a food processor to desired texture)
- 1 cup rice cakes (brown, crushed)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions
- Mash the banana with a fork in a large bowl.
- Add the peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and stir to combine.
- Add the oats, crushed brown rice cakes, cinnamon, baking soda, and stir to incorporate.
