- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (or white beans, 1 can, drained and rinsed very well, 250g after draining)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter (choice, If you use peanut butter, it will have a slight pb cookie dough taste, so if you don't want this, try the Deep Dish Cookie Pie, unbaked. instead)
- 1/4 cup milk (choice, only if needed)
- sweetener (choice, see note below, for amount)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or sugar free chocolate chips)
- 3 Tbsp. oats (or flaxmeal)

So gooood! I am the pickiest eater and I love this. Chickpeas have no taste so it's up to u to flavor them. In this case the nut butter and vanilla in combination with the chips (I use dark chocolate) plus the vanilla give it a real cookie dough flavor. Baking powder helps too. It's best the next day too
