- 1 can chickpeas (I know, I wanted to be sick in my mouth when I first heard it too. Rinse & let them dry before making so the mixture isn’t too wet)
- vanilla essence (or seeds from a real life vanilla pod)
- honey (or agave syrup, about 4 large tablespoons)
- natural peanut butter (– a couple of large dollops of)
- dark chocolate chips
- bicarbonate of soda (– tiny bit of, less than half teaspn)
- 1 pinch salt

I love this recipe! It makes a healthy choice for dessert and still satisfies sugar cravings. Never would have thought to use chickpeas.
