Great. Used a tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup and half a beaten egg as I found it wasn't binding the mixture together

really good!
used 4 bananas, added half cup of chopped almonds, tsp of cinnamon, pinch cardamon and pinch of sea salt!

I had three bananas that were getting dark; so I froze them and those were what I used. I like to have a healthy quick bite for breakfast. These were easy to make; although I made them larger and only made 15. I would have liked them to have little crunch to them and perhaps, should have baked them a little longer. Also I might have added chopped almonds to improve the texture.
