- 1/4 cup Collagen (grass-fed)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 eggs (pastured or organic)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (grass-fed butter or ghee - melted)
- 1 1/4 cups dairy-free milk (choice or grass-fed/organic milk)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or maple sugar)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. farinha de mandioca (Otto's)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (grass-fed butter or ghee - melted)
- 1/2 cup maple sugar (powdered, {pulse maple sugar in blender/food processor until powdered})
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil (grass-fed butter or ghee - melted)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. filtered water (dairy free milk or grass-fed/organic milk)
