I adjusted the recipe based on what I had and what I prefer. I wasn't making this for low-fat, but rather for my picky ten month old and wanted something healthy, so my yogurt was full fat, I used two whole eggs, oat milk and a quarter cup brown sugar instead of the maple syrup, also I did one cup of applesauce instead of 1.5 cups chopped apple. The bread tastes awesome. My whole family loves it and it's healthy.
