Great taste, nice smooth texture, and healthy ingredients. But mine didn't get thick enough to spread. I followed the recipe, but maybe I didn't measure accurately enough. I cooked it a bit longer both times but, even after it cooled, it's just a thick chocolate sauce. Delish though. Next time I make low carb bean brownies I'll try this recipe again.
