- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk (dairy free, choice, divided*)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. flax (OR 1 large egg if not vegan, Can sub for 1 large egg white)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour (Can sub for almond flour, oat flour or extra rolled oats)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice, optional- I used a monk fruit blend)
- 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (I used a mix of dark and standard cocoa)
