It was definitely a novel recipe! I like the concept, but it just doesn’t really support what I was looking for.
It was a very easy recipe to make with things to make at home. I Mäde this in a cooking frenzy after having a bad day and wanting to feel like I had my life more together than I actually do. That frenzy is probably the reason I ended up adding too much honey (I had quite solid honey, so getting the right amount was hard and I definitely wanted it to be sweet). This surplus of honey means that the only thing I taste in this cake is honey.
