I just made the chicken with the peppers and onions and used if for taco filling. Came out really good. Added extra salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream with the chicken in a flour tortilla. Will make again. Cooked the chicken on Sunday and popped it in the fridge for mid week dinner.

It was good a little bland the kids were reluctant but ended up eating it all...eventually

So easy and it tasted amazing without the heavy feeling after a large meal I doubled the recipe and we have been eating off the leftovers all week, and I still haven’t gotten tired of it

This is a family favorite and the easiest recipe ever. Always eat with the Cauliflower rice.

I have 4 kids and their all are picky eaters but they all love this! I will keep this one for a long time!
