    It was very easy to make and as advertised froze like a champ for a freezer-to-crockpot meal. I didn’t add paprika (cannot have it), but stuck to the rest of the recipe. That being said, it needed something. I haven’t yet determined what. I am not an onion fan, and half an onion may have worked better - the onion flavor is dominant. I believe I also need to come to terms with the fact that I don’t love white meat, so next time I make this (and I certainly will), I will use thighs instead since they are less dry.

    Super easy to make!! I added sour cream and salt to it, and it tasted really good!

    Definitely snap the pasta a few times. I didn’t and it was all clumped and dry. Almost seemed like another can of soup could have been used. Very dry so I added half a cup of sour cream and more salsa. The chicken was also dry but I cut them up small.
