- 1 onion (large)
- 3 inches ginger (knob of)
- 2 star anise
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 hot pepper (sliced, optional)
- 2 heads bok choy
- 4 handfuls bean sprouts
- 3 zucchinis (large, spiralized on the smallest blade.)
- fresh basil
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
