My kids love to make this! They experiment with different vegetables on top to keep it fun.

I heated chopped onions, chopped green pepper, frozen corn and cut up pre cooked butternut squash in a pan, then added chicken, and all of enchilada sauce. Then followed recipe.

Delicious with avocado, black olives, sour cream, black beans, and a side salad. Super easy.

Family loved this, super easy as billed, able to make before work and the next just needed to put it in the oven

Really good. My husband made enchilada sauce from scratch which we learned is apparently super easy. Used a pack of chicken tenders. The toppings of green onions, avocado, etc really make the meal delicious. Making again this week!

This was super yummy, but it needed help. Adding fresh cilantro, green onion, and sour cream helps. Also, a small drizzle of enchilada sauce is great. We served it with refried black beans.

i made it with deer meat and added some seasoning which turned it amazing, even my boys loved it! It didn't say what temp or for how long to cook so I did 350° for 20 minutes.

I am not a fan of store bought tortillas. I can taste all the artificialness and it completely throws my taste buds off. Had I used homemade tortillas it would not have been as healthy. This recipe was not for us for that simple reason. All the other ingredients tasted pretty good though. It was not a hit with my family.

Very simple and delicious. However, the instructions were a bit too vague, because it didn’t specify a time or temperature at which to cook.

Family loved it - made it with 3 cups of chicken and added more cheese on top
Definitely will make again

Pretty Darn Tasty! All my family that tried it liked it and I have a few picky eaters (one wouldn’t try).

soo good! i made my own sauce with another recipe that was way better than canned. cooked my chicken breast with just salt and chili powder on low in a covered frying pan so
it was tender and juicy.
