These were so cute and delicious 😋 I will make them again! I added cocoa powder to make chocolate cheesecake

I loved this and was completely surprised by the cottage cheese as it has the right flavour and creamy consistency I was hoping for in a cheesecake. I made it using a Vitamix blender and the texture was so smooth.
