Brilliantly - I embellished the recipe with some chopped pistachios and sultanas, just because I had them in the cupboard, and in fact omitted the maple syrup because I did not have that in the cupboard, but they turned out very nice indeed and I will make them again.

I didn't have high hopes for these but they turned out SO good! I didn't have WW pastry flour, so I just used regular WW flour in its place, and it worked just fine. I also only had maybe 3/4 cup carrot, but it didn't matter. You will like them!!!
