This cake batter pudding is so healthy you can have it for breakfast, and so darn delicious that you can eat it for dessert! Plus, it's incredibly easy.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 oatmeal (serving, 1/2 cup dry cooked)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- stevia (to taste)
- sprinkles (optional)
