- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 6 oz. cheddar (finely shredded, divided, 1 1/2 cups or 375 ml)
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese (finely grated, 1/4 cup or 60 ml)

- 5 Tbsp. panko breadcrumbs (75 ml)

Pretty good, husband didn’t like it but my one year old loved it and I think it’s pretty good!

My 18 month old twins and 3 year old LOVED it they wanted seconds! It was was also a hit with the hubby too

This was such a hit at Sunday Dinner! I added more cheese, probably eliminating the healthy part, but the cauliflower is hidden (great for picky eaters) and the Butternut squash is a great compliment. My family is already asking for more.
