- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (fat free)
- 1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper (freshly)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed or crushed and finely minced)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped, or green onions include the white part)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (finely)
- 3 lb. baby potatoes (you could use large potatoes and cut them into small chunks but halving baby potatoes just gives this dish such a nice appearance)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh chives (for garnish, optional)
