This recipe is great... I just don’t like that it has butter in it. I personally don’t care but some people that are on diets do care. But I actually love these especially dipped in blue cheese

It was great! I had a friend over & neither of us could drive so we improvised on the sauce. I used a sweet chili sauce & it was amazing!! Will make again!

It was good but i don’t know if i would serve as an appitizer. I baked it as long as asked but wasn’t very crunchy. I did replace the franks hot sauce with masala chili sauce. Tasted good but the texture didn’t knock my socks off.

Big winner! Used Texas Pete wing sauce in place of the Franks because we are from Winston-Salem (home of Texas Pete) and it turned out great!

Love this! Perfect healthy alternative when you’re craving a spicy snack during football season or an anytime meal.

Super easy to make. I was in a rush and thawed some frozen florets in the micro and did this recipe and it was still great. A couple things I would suggest however is omitting the salt, the hot sauce has enough salt in it already, and halving the garlic power. I will make again for sure.

All the flavor without the guilt. I have made this recipe countless times. It is quick, easy and inexpensive while satifying my craving for hot wings. I had never been a fan of cooked cauliflower before trying this recipe. This is a must try!

OMG, fell in love with buffalo cauliflower at California Pizza Kitchen, Then found out they fried their bites and on Weight Watchers Smart points it was 23 SP!! So found this recipe and can eat a full head of buffalo cauliflower for about 6 SP’s!! No brainer because these really are the bomb! I did them for the 20 minutes as per recipe but I think next time, yes there’ll be a next time, I’ll take them out at 15 mins. so they’ll have that extra crunch! So, so good!!

Great way to get that amazing buffalo taste guilt-free! Will probably use less buffalo next time because they tend to come out a little too intense. Also, I cook mine for 5-10 minutes longer to get a satisfying crisp to them. And definitely get 2 heads if you're entertaining!
