Delicious! I made these for my kids but they can see they are healthy from looking at them and won't try them. Their loss and my win - no guilt eating these is a huge perk!

My hubby enjoys breakfast cookies. I was looking for a "healthy cookie" recipe. I found the Banana Breakfast Cookie recipe and decided to make it. So glad I did! The recipe is easy to follow and the cookies turned out great! We eat them not only for breakfast but when we want something a little sweet, on the healthy side, and nutritious. Thanks for sharing! :-)

Very good. I used Ritz crackers instead of Panko because I was doing the chicken in my air fryer and the Ritz is a little more oily than bread crumbs which made the chicken crispier. Everyone loved it.
