    This was a little disappointing, but overall they were ok. The batter seemed too soft, would not crisp up, tried again and added a small amount of coconut oil, turned up the heat to 325 for 40 mins, was better, but barely stayed together to eat.

    I was hoping for a little more crunch I even increased my temp to 200 and cooked 10 additional minutes at the higher heat
