This was amazing! Quick, easy, heathy, beautiful, delicious, & satisfying. I used vanilla Greek yogurt , & Instead of granola, I used Tbl of Special K Vanilla & Almond cereal instead of nuts for a satisfying crunch w every bite. I make this once a week,
