Easy to follow and so tasty! Definitely a great grab & go snack for the mornings!

Great texture and seems pretty healthy! Next time I may add some maple syrup (muffins aren’t sweet), and perhaps some flax seed. I might experiment with mashed banana in place of some of the oil too.

Easy and delicious! Used yogurt with 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda instead of buttermilk.

These muffins are sooo delicious- even my husband loves them! I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour and substituted the oil with coconut oil. These muffins came out moist and had great flavor. You would never know they are healthy.

Lovely healthy muffins, I've used raspberries instead of blueberries and they turn out great

Delicious! I may use a level cup of blueberries next time as some muffins didn't seem to have enough muffin to berry ratio. Make sure to let cool or they fall apart when hot. Great tip of making your own buttermilk as it's something I don't usually have on hand

These were delicious and don't feel healthy at all. They are more like a breakfast muffin than dessert muffin because they aren't so sweet.
