delicious and easy. i changed up the recipe and added a few cranberries and rolled each in unsweetened coconut flakes.

These are delicious. I doubled the recipe because it seemed like it wouldnt make enough and I am glad I did. In fact next time I will probably triple the recipe so they last a couple days.
