- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (or olive oil, if using coconut it must be melted)
- 1 cup bananas (ripe, mashed, about 3 large bananas)
- 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup blackberries (cut in half)
