Turned out really nice although I used butter instead of coconut oil
A little dry but very tasty we slathered butter on them when cool

Delicious - but used butter rather than coconut oil and added some seeds and a touch of honey...

Turned out lovely, very soft and sweet. It would be nice with the addition of chocolate chips or pecans perhaps

It was easy to do and it was great for breakfast. I added a bit of honey and it turned out too sweet for me, it can definitely go without.
