The caloric information on this is all wrong…140 calories for two bananas?? Don’t think so…

Not the sweetest or best smoothie recipe. Even adding one TBSP of cinnamon was way too much and made it a little bitter. Loved though the serving size which was perfect for one person on the go but wouldn’t make it again.

was very nice, if you use the cinnamon, don't add 2 tbsp if you don't like a overwhelming cinnamon taste :)

I added few nuts to it after blending and it yummy fast to make. I used alpro yogurt and plant based milk.

Was very delicious! Not so filling, though. Next time I’m going to add vanilla and protein powder.
