These are easy and excellent. I used sweetened peanut butter and added chopped pecans. They're a little crumbly so I might add a touch of flour next time. Very tasty! Makes 9 small muffins.

Pretty good! Nice taste and easy to make, but I would put in the oven a little longer, came out a little wet in the middle
