    This was very good. I made two servings however, it was enough for four. My son enjoyed it as well with the exception of the onion. Next time I will omit them and mash the avocado before mixing.

    divine, very quick and easy. im only making it for myself so i made two servings to eat throughout the day, the avacado will brown. it was very similar to traditional egg salad. the veggies say avacado is like a substitute for butter.
