Delicious and light. I cut the recipe in half and used a can of chicken, turned out great.

Delicious. Avocados were out of season, so added finely diced celery and red onion 👌👌

This was a winner winner chicken dinner. I used shredded chicken breast that I had grilled on the George Foreman, and instead of using 1/4 cup Greek yogurt and then a 1/4 cup of mayo I just subbed used 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt instead.
Tangy, delicious and creamy would be a super easy meal to whip up using left over chicken as well

I was happy to see how easy it was to make and how delicious it turned out. Paired it with pita bread and it turned out perfect definitely a favorite now in the household :) added more avocado for preference

My wife and I loved it. Great healthy meal. Like others I omitted the mayo and used 1/2 cup yogurt. I added 2-3 Tbs of cilantro, and a couple Tbs of minced red onion. A slice of tomato is nice for moisture as well. To make things easier i shredded the breast meat of a rotisserie chicken. Great and easy lunch or dinner.

My fiance' and I loved it! The only things I added was some chopped celery for a little crunch and a little bit of a tuna salad seasoning packet that had garlic and onion powder in it. I wasn't sure how the lime would affect the taste of the chicken salad but it was the perfect and final touch. This is an easy and delicious recipe that I plan to make again and again (if The LORD wills that is).

In all honesty, one of the best and most flavorful chicken salads I ever had, My entire household loved it and we have marked it as a keeper! : )

One of the best chicken salads I have had! Hubby loves it, kids love it, it is a hit. Works well with Miracle Whip too.
Will definitely make this again and again.
