- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs (50 grams each, out of shell or 2 chia eggs for vegan)
- 1/2 cup light olive oil (or another type of oil)
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar (tightly packed, you can use 1/2 cup for a just hardly sweet version)
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar (or raw sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

These were good and everyone enjoyed went quickly. Can’t say there was a strong applesauce flavor or spice flavor but good anyway
