- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 cups apples (thinly sliced then chopped into small pieces about 2 apples -you don’t want chunks)

Very good. I think I would pull back on the spices a bit with the exception of the cinnamon. I added a sugar/cinnamon/coconut topping as well.
