- 1 Tbsp. almond flour (can sub for any flour of choice but will no longer be paleo friendly)
- 1 tsp. dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. espresso powder (can substitute for an extra tsp dark cocoa powder)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice I used a paleo friendly stevia blend)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Flax egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. dairy-free milk (choice***)
- 1 handful chocolate chunks (bittersweet)
- 1 tsp. dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. sweetener (granulated, choice I've used coconut palm sugar and a monk fruit stevia blend)
