- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt (or 1/2 teaspoon regular table salt)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or sub another milk)
- 1 extra large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate)
- 4 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or melted butter -- these are more crumbly with coconut oil and more sturdy with butter)
