Could taste the coconut but otherwise good. A little chunky made in blender but yummy, could also make as a soup

It was pretty yummy! We didn't have milk so we substituted with cream, and we had no chicken broth so we used a small amount of beef broth. Had zucchini and pasta with it and enjoyed every bite 🙂.

Sooooo creamy and delicious!!! Love this recipe!!! I used the healthy version with almond milk and coconut oil and it was amazing! My husband is lactose intolerant so he appreciates this delicious recipe!
