While we liked the flavor of this dish, it was not as much like a casserole, as a soup. I was hoping for more of a “ Mac and cheese” constancy. I will change a few things if I make it again.

Great; had to improvise on the Dijon mustard and added a bit of white wine for more depth and it was fantastic!

It turned out really good. Of course I added extra seasoning like smoked paprika, umami bomb, to the sauce. Seasoned the chicken with seasoning all, roasted garlic and herb, garlic and onion powder. Yummy!

So flavorful! I made it without mushrooms and it was still so tasty! I also used almond milk and less cheese. Definitely recommend this dish and will absolutely make this again!
