    Tastes great - could not find red lentils and thought the roast time was a little long - know your own oven! Otherwise a great recipe

    I used smoked paprika, bits of cauliflower (bagged; it's what I had), chicken broth, green lentils and macadamia milk. I sauteed the veggies in olive oil due to worrying roasting would overcook things. i didn't stick blend because i like a more provincial texture. It's gone in one meal! Delicious.

    I didn’t do the recipe justice because I used substitutes and different portions, but it went over well and I will make it again. I don’t have an immersion blender, ate it with full pieces and like that version.

    We liked the flavor of this soup. It is very thick, but you can thin it out with more milk. We topped the soup with a little shredded cheese and crispy croutons. ***this recipe make a large amount of soup***

    This soup was very tasty and a great way to get some veggies in my toddler. I forgot to pick up shallots so no shallots for us but I did also add a yellow bell pepper that needed to be used. More vitamins for the babe!
