This was wonderful.
I couldn't get fennel so I subbed for fennel seeds. I sprouted the lentils over 3 days instead of just soaking them. I also added peas, carrots, mung bean sprouts, and couscous with raisins.
I will definitely be making again.

It turned out well. I chose to soak the beans for less time so I felt it took longer to cook. I also added more coriander and less cumin and used chicken stock instead of vegetable broth. Just my personal preferences and I enjoyed it. I don’t know if I’d make it again yet I seem to crave it!

Very soulful and warming. Love the sweet potato. Will definitely make again.

Amazing! What a beautiful blend of spices and the fennel bulb adds the finishing touches. Truly feels "healing" when you're eating it!

This is delicious and nutritious. I tend to add other vegetables too to the mix especially curly kale and leeks. The flavour that the spices give are amazing.
