I put in the tomatoes and sweet potato instead of carrots and it actually came out yummy. i didnt add the hot peppers. The sweet potato gave it a nice sweet taste. i also strained it. I love it.

It was surprisingly really good! I plan to always have a batch in my fridge for overall health.

I made it in my Instant Pot in half the time, strained out the veggies & drink a cup in the morning & evening. It’s a great health elixir but especially good for when you’re sick as the flavor is mild & not very tasty.
