- 2 tea bags (chamomile)
- 1 stick canela (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon if you don’t have sticks)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey (omit for children under two years old)
- 1 slice garlic (fresh, optional)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed from one orange)
- 10 blueberries (I use frozen to cool the drink)
