This was tasty and worked pretty well. Some of the hazelnut crust came off the fish, which almost always happens with me. I think it's a matter of getting the oil very hot and keeping the fish cold, so the crust forms a crispier and stronger shell. Anyways, I consider it a success since I'd serve this again,
