This salad was very easy to make which is probably its best feature. It was tasty enough with the pineapple and cheese and simple yet refreshing. If you have a simple palate or are serving folks who aren't too adventurous, it will do nicely. If you are very adventurous and like lots of different flavours, this one might fall short.
