We had to omit the poppy seeds because there is a family member who cannot eat them. But I don't believe they would have made that much of a difference in my opinion. They were good but I felt like I just ate at a fast food joint afterwards.

This recipe is fantastic! We swap out the ham for turkey and I reduce the amount of butter (otherwise I find that my sandwiches get a little too soggy for my family's preference.) These are easy to make and very tasty.
