    So flavorful. This recipe is a keeper and will be part of the regular meal rotation. I was a little skeptical when I read the recipe and even more so when I tasted the marinade (tasted like it had too much olive oil). I followed the recipe using the dry herb substitute measurements suggested and the final product was a hit with the whole family.

    Delicious marinade, will use again. Great flavor, and will probably be even better if left to marinade for full six hours
