First time trying garbanzo beans and I really enjoyed this dish. I used mango salsa and brown and wild rice.

This was really good. I made it so my vegetarian granddaughter didn’t have to fix herself something special for dinner. I added chopped red and green bell peppers. I served Spring rolls with it. It was quick and easy and the whole family enjoyed it! I would definitely fix it again.
