- 1/4 water (for char siu marinade)
- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (for sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. miso
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hot chili oil
- 1/3 cup water (for broccoli)
