Really yummy. I used fried tofu instead of chicken, extra bacon, and added an orange bell pepper

This dish was really good and simple. I had originally planned to make sweet and sour chicken. This has many of the same ingredients but less sweet and more simple. I did make 1 1/2 the recipe because i have a teenage boy who is never full and I like leftovers for work. I used one can of pineapple. I served it over jasmine rice. We will make this again.

We decided we needed a BBQ sauce with more kick and regular tamari soy sauce instead of low sodium other than that, we liked it

Delicious. Quick and easy. Doesn't require many dishes. However, I cooked all ingredients seperate then put them together in the end.

I wish I had put the barbecue sauce and soy sauce and then topped with the peppers and pineapples. Although it tastes good, just looks like a brown mess right now.

turned out amazing! although i wasn't sure the small amount of ginger that i grated was going to do much, it actually added a lot of flavour. will definitely make this again.

I was initially worried the flavours would turn out too complicated and muddled. However, it all worked out well in the end and my boyfriend loved it with Pita Bread. The ginger in this dish is a must! I am not a fan of ginger, but it totally elevated the flavours in this dish.

Delicious! The chicken was a little dry, but I wasn’t using a timer and left it on a little extra at the end to make sure it was cooked all the way through—so that was just my bad! I was really nervous about this combination, but all the different flavors together really makes this amazing. And easy! I’m impatient when it comes to cooking, and I usually end up burning things because I’m trying to do too many things at once. This recipe was super easy to follow, and I was even able to cut and go like I usually do instead of having everything prepared and ready—only the dry chicken suffered a little.

This was really flavorful and easy. I added red pepper flakes when cooking the chicken. I used fresh pineapple and mini peppers in lieu of 1 lg. red pepper. I bought bacon ends and pieces from Trader Joe's which made prep work even easier. My choice for BBQ sauce was Famous Dave's Spicy BBQ sauce. I used Bragg Liquid Aminos in lieu of soy sauce. As a side I made Trader Joe's frozen cauliflower pizza crust sprayed with Canola oil during baking. It was delicious 😋

The juice from the pineapple was beautifully absorbed by the chicken for a succulent and wonderful tasting dish.

Turned out amazing followed the recipe to a T and it turned out fabulous. I did add a little more BBQ I won’t lie. I went with a sweet BBQ since it is a sweet dish. I added potatoes on the side. ;)
Cheers.

1inch cubes of pineapple appeared to be too big for everything else. it made the dish seem slightly off. Cut smaller!
besides that, the dish came out really yumny.
