Easy and delicious! We tried it over rice, would make great sandwiches too. Will definitely make again!

Turned out delicious, will make again! Next time I would make some changes:
-Add more BBQ sauce (and one that is less sweet).
-Add onions
-Use frozen pineapple chunks instead of canned (the canned pineapple was a little mushy) OR put the canned chunks in the pot closer to the end of cooking.

It's not bad, I found the combanition of bbq sauce and pineapple to be a little to sweet to my liking. But overall a good recipe.

This was amazing! Couldn’t even tell that it was low calorie and the kids devoured their plates. Definitely making again!
